The COP  elongated cent is rolled on an 1930 cent and is as shown. The CPIE 102b is similar to CPIE 102. There's a dash between 'CHICAGO' and '1933'; 'S' of  'SKY'  is under 'Y' of 'CENTURY' on this elongate.
