    The cover has colorful hippie artwork in the style of Peter Max, and the map opens up to 18" x 38". It has great detail on old street alignments, with cartography by H.M. Gousha. The coverage area includes Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, Paradise Valley, Glendale, and the Salt River Indian Reservation, and there is a detailed street index.
    This map was published by Texaco in 1971 and is dated in the legend. The code in the lower margin is 8-SS and the number on the back cover is 712.
