The engine now has just 14,636 miles on it.
Many view them,
for good reason,
as
the Cadillac version of the
ZR-1,
with supercharged 6.2 liter engine, MagneRide suspension,
heated and ventilated Recaro seats, and much more
.
I bought this car in March of 2013, with 3,128 miles on it, from the estate of the original owner.
At 16,488 miles, GM installed a new engine, long block, under warranty.  The porous aluminum casting was seeping oil.
It was to be my keeper, but things do change.  At 80, I am retired from 45 years of applicable advanced engineering. My hope is that someone will appreciate, enjoy and care for this car as I have.
I
improved
both
the
driveability and reliability for my own long term enjoyment.  I
carefully drove it
, modified it,
maintained it,
stored it
winters, and
never even
t
ook
it
out in the rain.
I averaged 17.1 MPG over the entire time that I have owned the car. The EPA rated it at 12 City, 18 Highway.
The Functional Modifications, listed below, significantly improved the way it drives. It is more responsive and no longer feels sluggish in sixth gear at low speeds. My conservative estimate is that the torque, at the wheels, is at least 35% higher than stock.
The slight blower whine and mellow exhaust note are pleasant reminders of the very impressive performance.

Functional Modifications: -

- 2.55" Upper Blower Pulley – increase boost
- Lingenfelter Cold Air Intake – improve intake flow
- K&N air filter – improve intake flow
- Track Attack Heat Exchanger – reduces intake temperature
- Borla Flange Back Exhaust – improve exhaust flow and sound
- Wait4Me ECM tune– safely manage increased boost
- 3.73 entire Differential (OEM in stick model) – improve driveability!!!
- Custom TCM tune for 3.73 Differential – stock shift RPMs, calibrate speedometer
- Solid Coupler installed in the Supercharger – increase reliability
- EBC Brake Pads –reduce dust.
The results include a dramatic increase in performance along with improved driveability.
This car always passes Ohio E-Check inspections first pass.

The car will only go out on clean, dry roads with me as passenger.
Terms:

Winner shall transfer a 0.00 Deposit to my Account via EFT, within 24 hours of said Address receipt.
I will EMail, or FAX, a signed Bill of Sale to Winner within 24 hours of said Deposit receipt.
Winner shall EFT the Balance of the Winning Bid, to my account, within 5 working days of receiving said Bill of Sale.
I will make the car and a properly executed Ohio Assignment of Ownership to Winner available to Winner within 4 working days of receipt of said Balance.
Winner is responsible for packing and shipping.
I suggest an enclosed carrier, if not local, to accommodate all of the things that come with the car.
