1933 Century of Progress Chicago World's Fair Moving Block Puzzle In Box
Souvenir from the Chicago World's Fair featuring a classic moving block puzzle. The blocks are printed with words pertaining to the Fair. The objective of the puzzle is to slide/move the blocks so either of the largest blocks relocates from its original corner to the corner marked Chicago. The boxes are slid/rearranged utilizing the blank space. Blocks cannot be jumped, turned, or raised from the bottom of the box. The underside of the box lid shows the proper set-up and instructions.
Box measures 4 7/8" X 4". Marked The Standard Trailer Co., Cambridge Springs, Pa.
The puzzle is complete with all original blocks in original box. The "Wonders" block print is faded and all blocks show light wear from use. The box is complete with all corners intact but does show some staining as well as small areas of loss to the paper. There is a "50" written on one side of the box.
