    You are looking at a New Old Stock Cole Heresee Four Position Rotary Switch.  On the back it has 6 places that you can mount wires in the back of it. I'm not certain which type of switch this is, all I can tell you is there is four positions that the switch can be in.
    I am not sure what this switch was used for.
    I do have several of these and they all are in the same condition.
