Ephemera Lot of 4: Century of Progress Exposition 1933, Pure Oil Co Brochure/Map

Description

This listing includes a lot of four paper items from the Century of Progress Exposition held in Chicago in 1933-34.  The featured item of the lot is a Pure Oil Company brochure that not only highlights the company products, but unfolds to display a full map of the exposition grounds along Lake Michigan.   The brochure is in very good condition.  Also included is a brochure from the State of Florida, a pamphlet from the Illinois Catholic Historical Society, and a booklet dedicated to the sculpture items at the exposition.  The brochure and pamphlet are in good condition.  Unfortunately, the thirty-two pages of sculpture booklet have been water damaged and several of the pages are scarred.  Contents are excellent but condition is poor.  Please see the photos for more detail.

Shipping costs are reflective of the actual weight of the item up for bid and includes the approximate weight of the box/envelope and any packing materials needed to assure safe delivery to you. I will reimburse you for any postage overage above one dollar. Any time the postage costs more than I quote, I pay the difference. I will combine shipping to keep your postage costs low; let me know if you have won several items within a three-day period, or if you are planning on bidding on one of my items ending later, as I can hold your package as long as you want ~ I just need you to tell me.
