Extremely rare paper popper blaster made specifically for the 1933 - 34 Chicago Worlds Fair.
Produced in very limited quantities as it was not available anywhere but at the Worlds Fair.
This blaster is usually found in very rusted or broken condition... this one has very few marks, dings, dents or rust spots, and it has an old  roll of paper still loaded on top.
A very difficult 1933 Worlds fair item to find. and especially in this condition. See photos as they are an integral part of the description, and judge the condition for yourself to your own satisfaction (prior to bidding or buying)
