    3 round antique cowbells, with 3 inner bells creating a mellow hollow sound: large: 8.5" inner: 4.5" top: 3.75" weight: 8.3 lbs medium: 7.75" inner: 3.75" top: 3.75" weight: 7 lbs small: 6.25" inner: 3.12" top: 2.75" weight: 5 lbs
    The larger bell is similar to a quiet Church Bell.Typically played with padded drumsticks.
    In possession of the bells 40 + yrs, so they really are bronze with a bit of copper in the mix.Only an odd spot here or there show the copper hue of green.
    Unsure of the origin, most likely imported, forged designs of corn or wheat
    I have only 3 sets available, and the 3rd set is slightly smaller:so if you want a higher tone please seek out the 3rd set it has sizes:8.5, 6.75, 5.5.
    They are no longer being forged, very heavy and nothing like a current bell on the market.Therefore, if seeking an original rich sound, these would do the trick.
