HZ5B-10/2 D009 Crossover, Reversing Lathe Replacement Spindle Switch

Description

The HZ5B-10/2 D009 is the recommended replacement spindle switch for many Chinese made lathes. I have included pictures showing one used for replacement on my Grizzly G4003G lathe.
These are hard to find, and especially at this price in stock and ready to ship from my shop in Oklahoma. They are brand new, never been used in their original package.
Continuity
Position 0  Terminal 3 connects with Terminal 4
Position 1  Terminal 1 connects with Terminal 2
Terminal 7 connects with Terminal 8
Position 2  Terminal 6 connects with Terminal 5
