to discuss the details about the model and type of timer you wish to send to us for evaluation.
If you do not call us within the 48 hours we will cancel the purchase.
After our technician discusses the details we will message you instructions as to where you send your defective timer / control unit (shipping cost to us is buyers expense).
After we receive the defective item it will be evaluated for potential repair. We will contact you to discuss your options.
Please understand due to limited part availability, and the fact that
these are 40+ years old, not all units will be repairable. If found to be unrepairable we will contact you to make arrangements for return with no additional cost for USA buyers only.
