This vintage Siesta Ware Texaco advertising collectible is made of thick amber glass with two
    brass bands
attached to a wooden handle with four screws.
Texaco used this advertising piece back in the 60's and 70's as a means of attracting customers
    to fill-up at
their gas stations. Story has it that for each fill-up you first received one small barrel
    shaped glass similar to
this large pitcher. Upon reaching six small glasses, the next visit got you
this Large Pitcher to complete the set.
