Description
High quality SOQUE knife made for Soque River Cutlery in Seki Japan. Soque River was well known for their patents on lever-lock knives and the patent pending of this one was for the mid-back lockback mechanism. The handles are beautiful white Linen Micarta. No blemishes anywhere. Finger Grove shape. Folded length is 4 inches and the Clip point blade is 3 1/4 inch. Note the embeded rubber thumb tick on the blade to facilitate opening. The blade action is very smooth, no wobble. The lockback mechanism is flawless. Again, this is a high quality, well-made knife.The liners and pins are steel. There are no bolsters. The hinge pin mechanism has a large flate head and there is a steel lined lanyard hole on the butt end. There are three small steel pins along the back edge of the handles.
This is a very collectable and rare knife.
