Up for bids is a set of 2 (TWO!) different 1 1/2" wide by 4" long empty front striker matchbooks from the 1930-40s Era Texaco Oil gas station- Each colorful shiny metallic silver cover pictures a uniformed gas service station attendant & reads: "Fire-Chief Tops in all 48 States" on back and each features an old fashioned Texaco star gas service station roadsign on front-One reads: "Texaco Wherever you go, try our touring service" and the other reads: "Texaco Have you tried our new Insulated Motor Oil?"- Inside of one has the name "Leroy Peacock Dunkirk, Indiana" and the other is blank and the strikers are intact-A neat vintage set. Postage on this set is $ 2.95.
