Texaco vintage Windshield Wiper Display with sealed "Mystery" envelop

Texaco vintage windshield wiper display. Condition is "Used".
Found on a Western NM Ranch, this vintage Texaco windshield wiper display appears to have never been placed into service (evidenced by original tape and lack of wear on inside/outside.    Does have minor blemishes (scratches).   Also included is a sealed envelop and additional container (as shown).    Based on the logo, this piece appears to have been made during the period from 1960 - 1980 making it at least 40 years old and in near mint condition.    Enjoy!
Size:  irregular.   24" deep x 24" height x 19" wide
This is the third of three pieces (other two were sold).   Stated another way, this is the last one.
