Vintage Chintz Feast Plate with Woven Handle Wicker Handle

Hard to find Vintage Chintz patterned square plate with a marking on the bottom that says "Made in Japan".  Unsure of the age but this piece is in very good condition.  The basket plate has a woven handle and measures approximately 9 1/2" x 9".  The outer edge has gold trim that is worn slightly but still prominent.  There is a raised swirl pattern under the white edging around the plate with a chintz pattern in the center.  I do not see any chips or cracks.  This is a lovely serving piece that can be used year round.
